Service Fees

Online notarization & commissioning

Remote commissioning (online notary public service or online notarization) of affidavits, oaths and statutory declarations is authorized, pursuant to O Reg 431/20, Administering Oath or Declaration Remotely (Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act.)

Primary Document for Service

$50*

Fee per appointment for the primary document requiring notarization or commissioning

Additional Documents

$15*

Fee per appointment for each additional document (after the primary document) requiring notarization or commissioning.

Attachments or Exhibits

$10*

Fee per appointment for each attachment or exhibit requiring notarization or commissioning

Administrative & Other Fees

At cost*

Applicable to remote notarization services. 

- Postal fees for mailing original notarized documents to your preferred address. 

- Embossed seal imprint included. Embossed Gold or Red foil seal - extra $2.50. 

- Emergency appointments available for surcharge of $25.

In Person Notarization & Commissioning

In-person notary public services, including the commissioning of affidavits, oaths, and statutory declarations, under the authority of the Notaries Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.6,, and regulated by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO License Number P12544.). Offering mobile services across the Greater Toronto Area, bringing the convenience of notary services directly to you.

Fee per appointment for the primary document requiring notarization or commissioning

Additional Documents

$15*

Fee per appointment for each additional document (after the primary document) requiring notarization or commissioning.

Attachments or Exhibits

$10*

Fee per appointment for each attachment or exhibit requiring notarization or commissioning

Other Fees (Miscellaneous)

At cost*

Applicable to in-person notarization services. 

- Embossed seal imprint included. Embossed Gold or Red foil seal - extra $2.50.

- Mileage surcharge ($0.60/km) outside 20km radius from Square One.

- Emergency appointments available for surcharge of $25..

All fees are subject to HST. After the 1st 5 attachments/exhibits, the price per document is $5. Additional volume discounts can be made if necessary.
